Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using IELTSNeon, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with reasonable notice.
Use of the Platform
IELTSNeon is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions & Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Prices are listed in UZS and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your payment and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. Refund requests after 7 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual Property
All content on IELTSNeon — including practice questions, essays, audio, and AI-generated feedback — is owned by IELTSNeon or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without prior written permission.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use IELTSNeon to: share your account with others, attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems, upload harmful or illegal content, or engage in any activity that disrupts or harms the platform or other users.
Disclaimer of Warranties
IELTSNeon provides AI-based feedback and mock tests designed to help you prepare for IELTS. We cannot guarantee specific band score results. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IELTSNeon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
